What’s the size of the tiles?
Happytiles photo tiles are 8.5x8.5 inches and 1/2 inch thick.
Glass tiles are 8x8 inches and 1/3 inch thick.
Metal tiles are 8x8 inches and 1/2 inch thick.
Canvas tiles are 8x8 inches and 1.2 inch thick.
Is there a minimum resolution?
We always recommend using high-quality photos for your Happytiles – the more, the merrier! Photos under 576 x 576 pixels might appear blurry. However, we'll let you know if that's the case.
Can I use photos from social media platforms?
Yes, just choose “import from Facebook/Instagram/Drive”.
How should I place the tiles on the wall?
There is a special adhesive tape at the back of the tiles, all you have to do is peel the protective paper and place it where you want it.
Will they stick to any wall?
They will stick to the majority of walls. However, if you encounter any problem with your tiles – just let us know, and we'll fix it.
Is it possible to restick the tiles?
Absolutely! Just gently pull each tile from its bottom and re-stick it. If you plan on keeping your Happytiles for a while, then simply cover the adhesive layer with parchment (cooking) paper.
Will they stick to any wall surface?
Our tiles can stick to nearly any wall surface, so long as it is flat, flush, dry, and has no dirty or loose sections. They are highly suitable for painted drywall, modern plaster, cinder block, glass, wood, vinyl, tile and other smooth, sealed and finished surfaces.
What’s the shipping duration?
We offer a couple of shipping methods to support economic and urgent cases. Standard methods take 3-6 business days, expedited methods take 2-4 business days.
